Hey there. Been a while. I got busy! But I never stopped thinking about you, Potion Stand Story. I've updated the game with some new stuff! The short version is: it's mostly the polish I didn't have time to apply before the end of the game jam, but there is one (small) addition to the endings.

CHANGELOG

• Moved Notifications where they won't be overlapping with the GUI.
• Made tweaks to eliminate some lingering text boxes and smooth out some bits of dialogue.
• Made a few small story tweaks to make one of the endings land better.
• Added another little ending. :3c
• Added Day-1 potion-making tips.
• Animated the cauldron's appearance.
• Gave tips their own textbox style.
• Sanded the corners off the inventory display.
• Made the dialogue box less boring.
• Credits now display your total potions brewed/sold.
• Choices are cute now. They've got sparkles on 'em.
• Re-positioned some choices to not hide Elly's face.
• Added animated text to some lines of dialogue.
• Retouched a few of Elly's sprites (mostly fixed eyebrows that had a weird little notch missing).
• Added show/hide quick menu to the Preferences (quick menu is now off by default)
• Lowered Rich Witch goal to 5k because I learned how to do math.
• There are a few new images... :)
• The credits sequence for ending D has a new animation.

I gave each route another play-through so I'm decently sure I haven't introduced any game-breaking bugs; as usual, let me know if anything weird happens. Your old save data may not play perfectly nicely with the new version of the game.  You might need to clear it out (instructions are in the Install Instructions section of the main page).

With this update, I consider the game finished. That doesn't mean I'll never come back to it-- but I've done everything I initially planned to. :) Now it's time to take some fresh screenshots for the itch page and maybe make a promo video!
